1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioner, a complainant has filed a complaint against the sixth respondent, a Anganwadi karyakarti, making allegations with regard to her qualifications.
3. Learned Standing Counsel at the outset submits that the writ petition at the behest of the complainant, in service matter, would not be maintainable.
4. This proposition is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view thereof, the Court in exercise of its discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution declines to interfere in the matter.
6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
7. No cost.
