Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 16.01.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.2534 of 2012.
Today, when the matter was taken up, it is argued on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant that the order passed by the Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit as such, the present contempt application has become infructuous.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
