JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 3.
List on 16th July, 2010.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4.
On the next date of listing petitioner and respondent no. 4 shall appear in person to find whether the controversy may be relegated to the Mediation Centre or not.
Subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- by the petitioner within a ten days, petitioner shall not be arrested till the next date of listing in Case Crime No. 352 of 2010, under Sections 363 & 366 IPC, Police Station Thakur Ganj district Lucknow.
