The petitioner claims that he is student of B.Ed. course in Gopalji Snatkottar Mahavidhyala, Reoti, Ballia. He belongs to the minority community. He claims to have made an application for scholarship/fee reimbursement as per Government Policy. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, only sum of Rs. 4470/- has been given as scholarship/fee reimbursement so far, whereas, the petitioner is entitled to total sum of Rs. 51,250/-
Learned standing counsel states that respondent No. 2 is competent to examine the grievance of the petitioner.
Accordingly, without entering into merits, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent. In the event, any such representation is made, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same by means of a speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with representation.
