Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Application No. 209 (Samiullah Khan Vs. Parbhawati) under Section 22/34 of Land Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Nayab Tehsildar (Gaur) Harriya, Tehsil Harriya, District Basti, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Mutation Application No. 209 (Samiullah Khan Vs. Parbhawati) under Section 22/34 of Land Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Nayab Tehsildar (Gaur) Harriya, Tehsil Harriya, District Basti, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
