Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2018 Heard Ms. Anjali Singh learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Sanjay Singh,learned AGA appearing for the State.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 4.12.2018 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 4.12.2018 is corrected as under:
In 4th line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 4.12.2018 in between sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act is added and now the same shall be read as 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act & 11 of Animal Cruelty Act and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act."
The correction application is accordingly disposed off.
