Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This is an application for condonation of delay of 20 days in filing the appeal. In spite of time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed.
Cause shown in the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal is sufficient to condone the delay. The delay is condoned.
