JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
This writ petition is directed against the order dated 6.1.2010 passed by the Civil Judge rejecting the application for temporary injunction in the original suit filed by the petitioners. The petitioners have an effective alternative remedy under the provision of Order 43 Rule 1(r) by filing an appeal.
The writ petition being barred by the principle of alternative remedy stands dismissed.
