Undisputely the reliefs claimed in this writ petition stand concluded against the petitioner in light of the decision rendered by a learned Judge in Sanjay Sharma & others Vs. State of U.P. and another [Writ A- No. 14724 of 2018, decided on 4 October 2018].
Although learned counsel has referred to certain orders passed by the Division Bench in Special Appeal, the Court notes that the decision in Sanjay Sharma had not been set aside or modified.
Consequently following the reasons assigned in Sanjay Sharma, this writ petition is dismissed.
