Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of Case Crime No.0050 of 2019, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Sikandrarau, District Hathras.
The petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor has any role been assigned.
The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable at this stage, with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage.
