It is stated that petitioners are Assistant Teachers working in Madarsa Darul Uloom Ahle Sunnat Badrul Uloom, Nand Nagar, Basti. Grievance is that their appointments have been validly made and approved and they were receiving salary also from 2005 onwards, but without passing any order their salary has been stopped w.e.f. November, 2017. In respect of such grievance, petitioners have approached the authorities concerned, but no decision has yet been taken. Hence, this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.4 to accord consideration to petitioners' claim and pass appropriate orders in the matter relating to payment of salary to them, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It goes without saying that an opportunity of hearing would be afforded to respondent no.5.
