Vide order dated 28.12.2011 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.17728/2011, the applicant's time to surrender before the jail authorities was extended by a period of three weeks from 28.12.2011.
Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant, time to surrender before the jail authorities is extended upto February 9, 2012.
The matter be listed on February 9, 2012. Direct Service is permitted.
