JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from furnish any information under the Right to Information Act without his consent to any third party.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2017, in accordance with law, within a time frame.
5. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to give one more copy of the representation dated 07.06.2017 to the respondents 1 and 2 within two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
