PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking for speedy disposal of RCOP No.10/2016 on the file of the learned Rent Controller, Villupuram.

O R D E R
This revision petition is filed for a limited prayer seeking to direct the learned Rent Controller to dispose of RCOP No.10/2016, within a stipulated time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition filed by him before the Rent Controller is being adjourned from time to time for filing of counter affidavit.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that written statement has already been filed before the court below and that the respondent would cooperate for speedy disposal of the petition.
4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, the Rent Controller , Villupuram is directed to dispose of the RCOP No. 10 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No order as to costs.
