On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.212 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 21.11.2014 and RCS Notice No.9 of 2014 was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai.
