JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondenta.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner as on today and the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
5. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
