Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, against the fair and decreetal order dated 19.07.2016 made in R.C.A.No.315 of 2015 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority/IX Court of Small Causes at Chennai, reversing the fair and decreetal order dated 20.04.2015 made in R.C.O.P.No.1581 of 2013 on the file of the Rent Controller/XII Court of Small Causes at Chennai.

kj O R D E R Today, both sides counsel present and submitted that the petitioners/tenants are ready to vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2017 and the respondent/landlord is ready to waive the balance arrears of rent. They have also made an endorsement to that effect and the petitioner has also filed an undertaking affidavit.
2.In view of the above submissions and endorsement so made by both sides counsel, the petitioners/tenants are directed to vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2017. So the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority in R.C.A.No.315 of 2015 is hereby confirmed. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
