JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner was granted Anticipatory bail on 29.08.2017 for the offence under Section 420 IPC and Section 24 read with 10 of Emigration Act, 1983, in Crl.M.P.No.12884 of 2017 in CCB. 2. The total amount involved in this case is said to be Rs.5,50,000/-. Having regard to the fact that the benefit of anticipatory bail is granted by the court below, I am of the view that the condition imposed is onerous and has to be modified as follows:-
(i) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) to the credit of the Crime No.274 of 2017 before the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBDID Cases, Chennai.
(ii) All other conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12884 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017 by the said court shall stand unaltered.
