Hon'ble Harsh Kumar,J.
Office report shows that due to elevation of counsel for the revisionist, notices were sent to him for engaging some other counsel, which has been duly served, but despite sufficient service, no one is present for the revisionist.
Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 27.2.1991 passed by IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad in Criminal Case No.1832 of 1990 (Modi Spinning and Weaving Mills Company Ltd. Vs. Jagdish Prasad Agrawal and others), under sections 408, 409, 477- A and 120-B IPC, by which the learned Magistrate has discharged the accused-respondents from the charges of offences under sections 408, 409, 477-A, 120-B and 420 IPC and sectin 245(2) Cr.P.C.
Upon hearing learned AGA and perusal of record, I have come to the conclusion that there is no illegality, irregularity, impropriety or incorrectness in the impugned order and there is no sufficient ground for interfering with or for setting it aside the impugned order. The revision has got no force and is liable to be dismissed.
