Heard Sri Mahesh Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
We were first insulted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as if the Bench does not permit argument of lawyers and he conveys us that he should be permitted to argue.
The learned counsel for the State has conveyed to us that he is not aware whether First Information Report has yet been lodged or not and that directions dated 12.03.2021 at Annexure-3 has been challenged.
The learned counsel for the State has contended that judgement dated 16.01.2019 in Writ-C No. 39016 of 2018 is in different realm, in our case yet the recovery has not been ordered, all that has been ordered is lodgement of F.I.R.
After we partly dictated the aforesaid order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
Learned counsel is permitted to withdraw this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
