The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Civil Suit No. 1301/2014, expeditiously, preferably within one month. However, while making oral submission, counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application for temporary injunction paper No. 6C, which is still pending, be directed to be decided within a specified time.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction paper No. 6C, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
