After some arguments, it is argued by the counsel for the petitioner to permit him to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge order impugned before the appropriate forum.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Certified copy of order which is appended along-with the petition, office is directed to return the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner after keeping the photocopy of the same.
