The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Mo. Raeesh Ahamad @ Raeesh Khan, in Case Crime No.13 of 2021, under Sections- 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Sarpataha, District- Jaunpur.
Supplementary affidavit has been filed stating that the applicant has criminal history of two more cases under Cow Slaughter Act.
In view of criminal antecedents of the applicant, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail of the applicant is rejected.
