The petitioner is the owner and in possession of 2.14 ares of land in Vallicode village in Kozhencherry Taluk. The petitioner has approached the Local Level Monitoring Committee to obtain permission to construct a residential building. The Local Level Monitoring Committee has not considered the application of the petitioner. Hence the petitioner approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.18074/2013. Therein this Court has directed the Local Level Monitoring committee to consider the application of the petitioner. It is mentioned in Ext.P5 decision of the Local Level Monitoring Committee that boundary of the road puramboke has to be determined before reclaiming the land for the purpose of construction of residential building. 2. In view of Ext.P5 decision, the 2nd respondent shall determine the road puramboke with the assistance of the Taluk Surveyor and provide a sketch to the Local Level Monitoring committee. Thereafter, the Local Level Monitoring Committee shall forward the decision along with W.P.(C).No.24794 of 2014

the sketch to the District Level Authorised Committee. The 2nd and 5th respondent shall complete the demarcation within a period of one months. Thereafter, the District Level Authorised Committee shall take a decision within a period of six weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
