When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter, as the request of the petitioner for issuance of non-traceable certificate, had already been issued by the Sub Inspector of police, Dindigul and in proof of the same, a copy of the Certificate of the Sub Inspector of police, Dindigul, dated 13.11.2017, is also produced before this Court,
