The contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for his disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.11080 of 2017, dated 22.06.2017.
2. Heard Mr.S.Vanchinathan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the contemnor and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and disposed of by the District Collector, Sivagangai on 08.09.2017.
4. In the light of the above fact, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
