2. By virtue of the decree passed by the lower appellate Court, a direction was issued to the respondent herein to dispossess the petitioner in accordance with law. In this regard, 30 days notice is shown to have been issued to the petitioner for vacating the premises. The petitioner, on a misconception, has moved this Court, as though it amounts to contempt. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to be paid by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai within a period of two weeks from today.
