JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this petition filed by Manickam and 15 others/A party challenging the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C initiated by the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore, came up for hearing before this Court on 14.10.2014. This Court was pleased to permit them to take private notice to all B party. Accordingly, private notice is caused and thereby requested them to appear either in person or through their counsel before this Court on 17.10.2014, failing which the matter will be decided in their absence as this matter pertain to year 2009 and the period of producing certificate has been lapsed.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed.
