JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 had placed before this Court the proceedings of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.35980/V1/E1/07, dated 20.4.2009, which is as follows:

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the writ petition is closed recording the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 20.4.2009.
