This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the orders of this court in W.P.No.40132 of 2015 dated 17.06.2016.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced G.O.(Ms) No.80 Home (Transport-IV) Department dated 20.01.2017 and submitted that the order of this court in W.P.No.40132 of 2015 dated 17.06.2016 has been complied with.
