JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2016.
2. Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Mr.R.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice to issue a direction to the respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
5.In the light of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
