(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After elaborate arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition as he states that the State Government has constituted a Commission of Inquiry to be headed by a retired Judge of this Court, after filing of the petition, but seeks liberty that in case in the proceedings before the Commission a situation so arises, the petitioner may have liberty to approach the Court in respect of those proceedings.
2.That liberty is always available in accordance with law.
3.Endorsement is made. Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
