JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Review Petitioner is inter-alia contending that the licence had been issued by a particular officer. I have already dealt with the matter, stating that there is nothing wrong in cancelling the licence at the instance of the commanding officer. Hence this Review Petition is dismissed.
