The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to declare Clause 16 of the prospectus of the year 2005-2006 issued for admission to the M.B.B.S. Course. This Court has not granted any interim order while admitting the Writ petition. Thus, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
