The petitioner has approached this Court with a request to consider his representation submitted before the District Collector by Ext.P2. The matter relating to assignment of land sought by the fourth respondent from the Government. The petitioner has serious objection in assigning the land situated in Survey No.608/1 of Kakkanad Village having an extent of 1.780 cents of land in favour of the fourth respondent.
In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent-District Collector to consider Ext.P2 before passing any order of assignment in favour of the fourth respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
