Dated this the 09th day of October, 2014 J UD G M E N T The issue raised in the above writ petition is covered by a decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in Avishek Goenka v. Union of India [AIR 2012 SC 3230]. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner specifically urges that many important aspects have not been considered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The petitioner shall definitely be entitled to raise such contentions before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. But, however, this Court is bound by the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the writ petition is dismissed following the aforesaid judgment.
