JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the second respondent from, in any way, harassing the petitioner and in any manner dispossessing him from his land in T.S.No.2, Ward No.D, Block No.16, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District, which is the subject matter of the proceedings in O.S.No.328 of 2005, on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul.
2. Heard Mr.M.Ajmal Khan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the 1st and the 2nd respondents, Mr.Pala Ramasamy, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the third respondent and Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent.
3. Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, had submitted that they are not interfering in the civil dispute, in O.S.No.328 of 2005, said to be pending, on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, as alleged by the petitioner.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, since no further orders are necessary, this petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
