It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner expired during pendency of this writ petition and inspite of attempts made the legal heirs could not be contacted. However, in view of the death of the petitioner, no further steps can be pursued based on the impugned notices of recovery.

2. Under such circumstances this writ petition is closed, with liberty reserved to the legal heirs to challenge recovery steps if any initiated against them.
