JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners have approached this Court complaining of the attempt on the part of respondents 7 and 8 in starting plywood/veneer unit. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the party respondents 7 and 8 has no licence to operate such a unit and they have not started the unit so far.
Under these circumstances, I do not think that the petitioners are entitled for any of the relief as sought for.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
