The petitioner, a stage carriage operator, has sought for the revision of his timings by submitting Ext.P1 application. He complains of non-consideration of the same. The learned Government Pleader submits that the application would be considered.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing all interested parties.
