JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 02.03.2015 and 16.01.2017.
2.Heard Mr.A.C.Asaithambi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthu Kannan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would consider and take appropriate action on the representations of the petitioner.
5.In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 02.03.2015 and 16.01.2017, and take appropriate direction on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
