The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this court to withdraw this revision petition, however with liberty to agitate his right before the trial court.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revision petition. Since, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this court to agitate the right before the trial court, he is at liberty to raise the grounds canvassed in this revision petition before the trial court, if he is so advised.
