JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this court to withdraw this revision petition, however with liberty to agitate his right before the trial court.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revision petition. Since, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this court to agitate the right before the trial court, he is at liberty to raise the grounds canvassed in this revision petition before the trial court, if he is so advised. He has also made an endorsement as follows:
?Withdraw the C.R.P. and liberty to file I.A. Before the lower court for order of rule of C.P.C.?
In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
