A.M.Shaffique, J This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection alleging threat from the party respondents 4 and 5. Service is complete. There is no appearance on behalf of respondents 4 and 5. Interim order has already been passed by this Court on 19.4.2013 and no further threat has been reported. We are of the view that no further directions are required to be passed. However, we observe that if there is any further threat from party respondents, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the police authority.
With this observation the writ petition is closed.
