JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending revision, the petitioner, who was arrayed as A-2 in Spl.C.No.16 of 2004, on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, died and he filed a memo to that effect along with Death Certificate.
2.In the above circumstances, since the petitioner has died and his legal heirs have not come forward to take any steps to implead them, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
