JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complaint of the petitioner herein is that, Gratuity Case No.165 of 2013 pending before the first respondent has not been finally disposed of till date. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the expeditious disposal of his case. 2. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the Gratuity Case has been posted for replication of the petitioner. Thereafter, evidence would have to be taken. Considering the pendency of the cases before the first respondent, it is submitted that, he would require six months time to finally dispose of the case. Advocate Latha Krishnan appears for the second respondent.
2. In view of the above submission made by the Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to finally dispose of Grautity W.P.(C) No.6649 of 2014-E -:2:-
Case No.165 of 2013, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six months from today.
