The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing this contempt matter, the directions contained in Annexure A1 verdict have been complied with by the respondent. It is stated that since the order so passed stands detrimental to the rights and interest of the petitioner, it is under challenge in another writ petition. In the said circumstances, the contempt matter is closed.
