The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking to issue a direction to the first respondent to issue notice and conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 24.03.2004 made by the petitioner against the respondents 2 to 9 forthwith.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.13334 of 2004 is closed.
