Heard party-in-person Vimlaben B.Patel, mother of the applicant - accused and perused the relevant papers. The instant application is filed on the ground that the husband of the applicant, who is father of the accused Mitul, named, Bhanubhai Lathiya is to be operated on 14.6.2012. However, certain medical papers are produced, but no documentary evidence is produced that the operation is scheduled on 14.6.2012. In above view of the matter, the instant application stands dismissed. However, the liberty of the party-in-person is reserved to apply in future for temporary bail with relevant details and relevant documentary evidence.
