Learned counsel for the petitioner, Rajiv Kumar Bajpai, Advocate and learned A.G.A. for the State are present in the Court.
The present petition is moved on behalf of the petitioner to quash the impugned orders dated 21.12.2020 passed by the District Magistrate, Sultanpur as well as 20.1.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Room No.23, Sultanpur in Case Crime No.432/2020 under Section 3/5-A/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act lodged with Police Station- Chanda, District - Sultanpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not want to press this petition with liberty to take proper remedy available to him, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty, as prayed for.
