Heard Shri Atul Kumar Singh holding brief of Shri Gaurav Sisodia, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to take action on the complaint no. 300789190000241 submitted by the petitioner on Sampurna Samadhan Divas, which is stated to be pending since 5.3.2019. The petitioner is stated to be the resident of village Navdiya Kalyanpur Tehsil Faridpur Bareilly and has purchased 3/20 portion of land. It is stated that the respondents no. 3,4 and 5 are ruining her crops against which she has made a complaint before the S.D.M. on Sampurna Samadhan Divas on 5.3.2019, copy of which has been filed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Faridpur District Bareilly to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 5.3.2019 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
